During\nthe season of Winter\, spirituality and religion are themes that purposely\ncreate contemplation\, consideration and reflection of who we are and why we\nare here. \nLisa Bahar will integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) concepts and\nshare how Wise Mind Practice from different Spiritual Perspectives can\nenhance and inspire the connection to life and reclaim the essence of being\na human in a doing world.
